The intensity of my studies in the past twelve months somewhat quelled my extra-curricular creative pursuits. I have no work to show you that is less than a year old.

I intend to change that, so here's hoping I can jack up this long-dormant account once more.

Hmm.

Alot of my work used to be photography based, but in the meanwhile I have fallen in love with all things messy. I love throwing ink around, scrawling with crayons and biros, flicking paint about and flooding things with colour. The camera, in particular the digital variety of which I am accustomed to, became too neat, too clean, too tidy.

I have also been doing alot of sculpture; pounding clay and then exploding it (albeit unintentionally), foraging in skips and through garage waste. At the moment, junk is weighing down my pallette. Old computer keyboards, vintage beehive-style hairdryers, guitar strings, lightbulbs and hosing.

These are my studies, and this has what kept me busy. So I have nothing to show you.
